Scepter Collections is a debt collection agency based in the Santa Clarita Valley of California. They pride themselves in a high ratio of account recovery and their ability to communicate with debtors, which results in successful recovery.

Scepter Collections approached Sayso Creative to rejuvenate the entire look and feel of their company. With expansion in mind they knew this was necessary. We worked closely with the company’s owner to execute exactly what was on his mind.

The result was a brand new identity for Scepter Collections. We decided that it was necessary to start from scratch to achieve our goals. We first began the process with his logo. After several directions and comps we settled on one. We experimented with colors, typography and different forms. Finally concluding with the logo you see on the top left hand corner of this column. The result is a very professional, classy looking logo.

Our next step was to create Stationary (Letterheads, envelops etc) that will be effective. A collection agency is not exactly a company the average person wants to hear from. We needed to implement a look that will hold the debtors eye and result in a response. You can see what we came up with in our Branding section of our portfolio.

The conclusion of this project? Responses. More responses from debtors willing to settle their debts and less hassle trying to recover the debts. This means more success for Scepter Collections and ultimately their clients.
